Kulsan has experience supporting complex group litigation and collective claims, including data and privacy-related claims and product-related litigation. Her experience includes claimant communications, evidence gathering and verification across large-scale matters.

Kulsan graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with First Class Honours in LLB Law.

Experience

1. Supported the Grindr data and privacy group claim, with substantial involvement in claimant communications, evidence gathering and verification across a large claimant cohort.
2. Supports the Depo-Provera investigation, with particular involvement in managing enquiries and supporting individuals throughout the investigation.
3. Worked as a Legal Advisor at the University of Wolverhampton Legal Advice Centre, gaining practical experience in client interviewing, gathering instructions, legal research and drafting written advice across employment, probate, property and civil disputes.
4. Participated in the Freedom Law Clinic Criminal Appeals Programme, analysing case papers to identify potential grounds of appeal and undertaking legal research and drafting on procedural and evidential issues.
