Rob is a dual-qualified solicitor in England and Wales and South Africa with more than 15 years’ litigation and dispute resolution experience across both jurisdictions. He specialises in complex, collective actions and group litigation, with particular experience of competition, consumer and consumer credit claims, including opt-out collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and multi-party litigation in the High Court.

His practice combines case strategy and development with the management of large-scale claims, including legal and factual investigations, the instruction of counsel and experts, engagement with litigation funders, insurers and other delivery partners.

Alongside his legal practice, Rob has extensive managerial and legal-operations experience and expertise, including leading teams, designing and improving processes and systems for managing large claimant cohorts, managing suppliers and operational risk, and coordinating the people, technology and external partners required to deliver complex matters efficiently and at scale.
